Who qualifies for a trade account?
Any registered business that buys power supplies regularly — electrical contractors, sign and LED installers, OEMs, panel builders, integrators, schools and government agencies. A resale or tax ID speeds approval but isn't mandatory for pricing-only accounts.
How is my pricing tier set, and can it improve?
Your starting tier is based on your estimated monthly volume. Tiers are reviewed automatically against trailing-12-month spend — when you cross a threshold, the deeper discount applies on your very next order. Large one-off projects can also be quoted outside your tier.
Do you offer Net-30 / credit terms?
Yes — credit is a separate application. A trade account gives you contractor pricing and a dedicated rep right away; to add Net-30 invoicing, apply for a credit account and our team will set up your line.
