Between their customer service and competitive prices, I'm going to keep working with them.

Often people don't notice businesses when things go right, rather when something doesn't go as planned. That was the case with Power Supply Mall and I can say their customer service is fantastic.

They were on my list of sources for power supplies for my products and transactions were uneventful, which is usually good. However, I ordered some power supplies through an eBay auction that were listed "New - Open Box". What became apparent after I received them was that these supplies were damaged and defective units that were mistakenly put in their inventory that was believed to be good. I reached out to them and they replied within an hour with courtesy, an apology and refund without requiring a return. Easy.

Another example recently was a larger order where an advertised quantity discount wasn't reflected in the shopping cart. Not only did their chat support assistant clear it up, she also created a B2B account for me that qualified me for additional savings. Wonderful!

So far very easy and reliable to order from. Even questioned why I had three identical orders! I did, but nice that they took the time to confirm I hadn’t make a mistake, Oder received in stated delivery window. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Bought an open box Meanwell power supply from PowerSupplyMall via eBay and it was non functional.. they promptly returned my money and so I’ve now placed an order for a new one from them.

Power Supply Mall is a pleasure to work with. They have inventory, good pricing and great customer service.
