What length of LED strip can the XLG-50-A support?
The XLG-50-A outputs up to 50W. For example, a strip rated at 7.5W/m would allow up to about 6.6 meters at full load, and a 10W/m strip up to about 5 meters. Always check your strip's rated power per meter and size to no more than 80% of the driver's maximum (40W working load) for reliable continuous operation.
Can this driver be used for small LED signage or illuminated cabinet letters in wet environments?
Yes. The IP67 rating and compact 105 × 63 × 32 mm form factor make the XLG-50-A well suited for small illuminated cabinet letters, slim lightboxes, or under-counter LED strip lighting in wet or outdoor locations. The 90-305VAC input range also works across international mains voltages.
