HLG-40H series is a 40W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-40H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 89.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40 ~ +80 case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications.

Is the HLG-40H-54 suitable for driving a short run of 54V constant-current LED fixtures?

Yes. It operates in constant-current mode with a CC voltage range of 32.4-54V, so it can accommodate LED fixtures whose forward voltage falls within that range. The 40W maximum output limits it to smaller installations or single-fixture applications.
