HVG-100-24AB is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 4A, rated power 96W, typical efficiency 91%. Type AB: Io and Vo adjustable through built-in potentiometer & 3 in 1 dimming function (0~10Vdc, 10V PWM signal and resistance) (IP65).

HVG-100 series is a 100W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HVG-100 operates from 180~528 VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 91%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HVG-100 is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes13

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 347VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

Can I use the HVG-100-24AB for 24V LED strip lighting in retail shelving or display cases?

Yes, it is rated for 24V output and up to 96W total power, so it fits many 24V LED strip lighting runs used in shelving and display lighting. Check that your strip voltage matches 24V and that the full strip load stays within 96W and 4A.

Is this driver suitable for 24V illuminated signage or channel letter lighting?

It can be used for 24V signage loads that stay within its 96W maximum output. The series' IP65/IP67 approval also makes it more suitable for sign-related environments where moisture resistance is needed than an indoor-only unit.

Can this power supply run 24V architectural accent lighting outdoors?

It can support 24V architectural or facade accent lighting as long as the connected load does not exceed 96W or 4A. The HVG-100 series is IP65 or IP67 approved, and with a waterproof connector on the output cable it can operate in damp or outdoor locations.

How much 24V LED strip can the HVG-100-24AB power?

Use the strip wattage per meter to estimate length: 96W divided by your strip's W/m equals the maximum theoretical length. For example, the math is 96W / strip W per meter, and you should always check your strip rated power per meter before sizing the run.

What is the difference between the HVG-100-24AB and other 24V HVG-100 models?

Within the 24V HVG-100 group, the sheet gives one rating for all versions: 24V, 4A and 96W. The types differ in features: AB has both potentiometer adjustment of voltage/current and 3-in-1 dimming, A has adjustment only, B has dimming only, and D has neither.
