Overview
HLG-60H-15 is the 15V output model of this series: rated current 4A, rated power 60W, typical efficiency 87.5%. Type Blank: Io and Vo fixed (IP67).
HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.

Can I use the HLG-60H-15 to power 15V LED strip lighting?
Yes. The HLG-60H-15 delivers 60W at 15V, making it suitable for 15V LED strip runs in accent, cove, or under-cabinet applications. Its IP67 waterproof enclosure allows installation in damp or exposed locations without a separate weatherproof housing.
Is the HLG-60H-15 a good fit for small 15V LED sign modules?
Yes. At 60W and 15V output with up to 4A of current, it can reliably power small channel-letter signs or light-box modules that operate on 15V. The compact dimensions of 171 × 61.5 × 36.8 mm make it easy to fit inside most sign enclosures.
Can the HLG-60H-15 power 15V LED landscape path lights?
Yes. The 60W capacity at 15V handles several path-light fixtures in a series-parallel string, and the IP67 waterproof rating means you can mount the driver in an above-ground outdoor junction box exposed to rain, with waterproof connectors on the cables. Keep the total fixture load at or below 60W.
How many meters of 15V LED strip can the HLG-60H-15 drive?
That depends on the strip's rated power per meter. The HLG-60H-15 provides up to 60W at 15V. For example, if your strip draws 10W/m, you could run up to 6 meters (60W / 10W per meter = 6m). Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep the total load at or below 60W.
Can the HLG-60H-15 handle direct rain and outdoor exposure?
Yes. The IP67 waterproof rating protects the unit against dust and water, so direct rain and sprinkler spray are within its capability when waterproof connectors are fitted to the cables. The working case temperature (Tcase) range of -40°C to +80°C, with load derating at higher temperatures, covers most outdoor climates.
What are the differences between the HLG-60H-15, 15A, 15AB, and 15B variants?
All four share the same 60W / 15V / 4A core specs. The base HLG-60H-15 has no output adjustment or dimming and is IP67 waterproof. The -15A adds a built-in potentiometer for voltage/current adjustment (IP65). The -15AB adds both adjustment and dimming input (IP65). The -15B adds dimming input only and retains IP67 waterproof rating.
