Overview
HLG-60H-20 is the 20V output model of this series: rated current 3A, rated power 60W, typical efficiency 89%. Type Blank: Io and Vo fixed (IP67).
HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.

Can I use the HLG-60H-20 to power 20V LED strip lighting?
Yes. The HLG-60H-20 delivers 60W at 20V with up to 3A of output current, making it suitable for 20V LED strip runs in accent, cove, or architectural lighting. Its IP67 waterproof enclosure allows installation in damp or rain-exposed locations without a separate weatherproof housing.
Is the HLG-60H-20 a good option for powering 20V LED modules in a light box?
Yes. At 60W and 20V output it can reliably drive small to medium light-box signs that use 20V LED module strings. The compact 171 × 61.5 × 36.8 mm form factor fits inside most sign enclosures, and at only 0.73 kg it adds minimal weight to wall-mounted signage.
Can the HLG-60H-20 power 20V LED fixtures in an outdoor garden installation?
Yes. The IP67 waterproof rating means the driver can be mounted in an outdoor junction box exposed to rain and irrigation spray, with waterproof connectors on the cables. At 60W it suits a small cluster of 20V garden fixtures, though you should confirm the total load stays within the 60W limit.
How many meters of 20V LED strip can the HLG-60H-20 handle?
That depends on the strip's rated power per meter. The HLG-60H-20 provides up to 60W at 20V. For example, if your strip draws 10W/m, you could run up to 6 meters (60W / 10W per meter = 6m). Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep the total load at or below 60W.
Can the HLG-60H-20 withstand direct rain and outdoor weather?
Yes. The IP67 waterproof rating protects against dust and water, so direct rain and sprinkler overspray are within its capability when waterproof connectors are fitted to the cables. The -40°C to +80°C case temperature (Tcase) range, with load derating at higher temperatures, handles most climates.
What are the differences between the HLG-60H-20, 20A, 20AB, and 20B models?
All four share the same 60W / 20V / 3A core specs. The base HLG-60H-20 has no output adjustment or dimming and is IP67 waterproof. The -20A adds a built-in potentiometer for voltage/current adjustment (IP65). The -20AB adds both adjustment and dimming input (IP65). The -20B adds dimming input only and retains IP67 waterproof rating.
