Test conditions and notes10
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. Derating may be needed under low input voltage. Please check the static characteristics for more details.
- 5. The power supply is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. - 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the power supply may lead to increase of the set up time.

What 24V LED lighting tasks is the APV-35-24 suited to at 36W?
The APV-35-24 outputs 24V at 1.5A for a maximum of 36W. It suits longer 24V LED strip runs in commercial shelving and retail display lighting, 24V LED panel fixtures, and mid-size backlit signage panels where the total load is at or below 36W.
How long a 24V LED strip can the APV-35-24 power?
The APV-35-24 delivers 36W at 24V. At a strip rated 14.4 W/m, that supports approximately 2.5 m. Divide 36W by your strip's rated power per meter to calculate your specific maximum, and check your strip's rated power per meter before specifying.
Is the APV-35-24 suitable for indoor wet-area LED lighting?
The APV-35-24 is rated IP42, offering protection against solid particles larger than 1 mm and dripping water only. It is not approved for splash, washdown, or outdoor environments without additional enclosure protection. Wet-area or outdoor 24V LED installations require a driver with IP65 or higher protection.
