The DDRH-45 is a 45W high-reliability ultra-wide input DC-DC converter designed for photovoltaic, renewable energy storage, and demanding high-voltage industrial systems. Supporting a 150~1500Vdc input range, it adapts to solar, battery string, and DC bus supply sources. The converter itself has no IP ingress-protection rating, so direct outdoor exposure is not recommended. When installed inside an IP54 or better-rated outdoor enclosure, the –40°C to +80°C operating range accommodates most climatic conditions.
Does the fanless design of the DDRH-45-12ST make it suitable for dusty industrial environments?
Yes. Without a fan there are no moving parts to draw dust into the converter, reducing contamination risk. For environments with heavy particulate, an enclosure with appropriate filtration is still advisable since the unit itself lacks an IP dust rating.
