Test conditions and notes3
- 1. All parameters are specified at normal input(12VDC,24VDC), rated load, 25℃ 70% RH ambient.
- 2. (Blank) type and W type output voltage must step up by 3 Volts from input DC voltage; (Blank)DA type and WDA type output voltage must step up by 12 Volts from input DC voltage.
- 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf parallel capacitor.

Can the LDH-45A-700DA be used with 700mA LED downlights that need a higher LED string voltage?
Yes, this model is suited to constant current 700mA downlights when the LED load operates within its 24-64V constant current range. It is rated for 44.8W, so both current and total load power need to match.
Is this driver appropriate for a 700mA signage module assembly?
It can be used for signage modules if the assembly is designed for 700mA constant current operation. The driver regulates across 24-64V and is not intended for constant voltage LED products.
Can I use this for a small LED array in harsh weather or dusty areas?
The datasheet gives no IP or waterproof rating, so in harsh weather or dusty areas the driver must be protected by the fixture; the operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C (refer to the derating curve). Electrically, the LED array still needs to be a 700mA constant current load within 24-64V and 44.8W.
Will this driver work with my LED string, and how many LEDs can I put on it?
This driver provides 700mA constant current with a 24-64V output range, so compatibility depends on whether your LED string is designed for that current and falls inside that voltage window. The number of LEDs depends on each LED's forward voltage, so there is no single fixed LED count for this model.
Is the LDH-45A-700DA suitable for outdoor enclosures and wide temperature swings?
