Test conditions and notes7
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. The power supply is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. (as available on https://www.meanwell.com//Upload/PDF/EMI_statement_en.pdf)
- 5. Suitable for indoor use or outdoor use without direct sunlight exposure.

Can I use the LPH-18-36 for 36V LED strip or linear lighting?
Yes, this is a 36V single-output switching power supply for 36V lighting loads (not intended for LED applications in the EU and China, per the sheet). Keep the total load within 18W and 0.5A.
Is the LPH-18-36 suitable for small 36V signage or display lighting?

What are the differences across the LPH-18 family?
The specified LPH-18 models are LPH-18-12 at 18W, 12V, 1.5A; LPH-18-24 at 18W, 24V, 0.75A; and LPH-18-36 at 18W, 36V, 0.5A. All share the same 18W power rating, but voltage rises as output current decreases.
