HLG-150H-12B is the 12V output model of this series: rated current 12.5A, rated power 150W, typical efficiency 91.5%. Type B: 3 in 1 dimming function (1~10VDC, 10V PWM signal and resistance) (IP67).

HLG-150H series is a 150W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-150H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 94%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-150H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes14

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

Can the HLG-150H-12B withstand installation in a wet location like a car wash or fountain area?

Partly. The IP67 rating means the driver is dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water, and its metal housing is rated for a -40°C to +90°C case temperature (Tcase). It suits wet areas exposed to rain or splashing, but the datasheet does not rate it for continuous submersion or high-pressure wash jets, so keep it out of fountain basins and direct car-wash spray.

How does the HLG-150H-12B differ from the HLG-150H-12AB?

Both offer dimming on the same 150W, 12V, 12.5A platform, but they differ in two ways. The HLG-150H-12B has a fixed output and IP67 waterproof rating, while the HLG-150H-12AB adds an adjustable output potentiometer but carries an IP65 water-resistant rating. Choose the -12B for fully exposed wet environments and the -12AB when you need output tuning in a sheltered location.
