Both share the same 239.6W output, 27–56V CC voltage range, and IP67 rating. The key difference is the AB model adds a dimming control input for external dimming signals, whereas the A model offers current adjustment only via its internal potentiometer. If dimming from a controller is not required, the XLG-240-H-A is sufficient.
