- 1. All parameters are specified at normal input(12VDC,24VDC), rated load, 25℃ 70% RH ambient.
- 2. (Blank) type and W type output voltage must step up by 3 Volts from input DC voltage; (Blank)DA type and WDA type output voltage must step up by 12 Volts from input DC voltage.
- 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf parallel capacitor.

Can I use the LDH-45B-700W for a 700mA recessed LED downlight string?
Yes, this driver is meant for constant current LED operation at 700mA, which suits many recessed and architectural downlight strings. It provides a 21-64V constant current range and up to 44.8W, so the total forward voltage of the LEDs must stay within that range. It should not be used for constant voltage LED products.
Is the LDH-45B-700W suitable for constant current channel-letter or signage modules?
It can be suitable when the signage modules are designed for 700mA constant current drive. With a 21-64V output range and 44.8W maximum power, it fits many constant current module strings used in compact signage assemblies. It is not the correct choice for modules that expect a fixed constant voltage supply.
Can this driver be used for a small LED array in damp or outdoor locations?
Only inside a lighting system that keeps the driver dry: the datasheet gives no IP or waterproof rating and specifies 20-90% RH non-condensing. It supports operation from -40°C to +70°C (refer to the derating curve). The LED array must still be a 700mA constant current load within the 21-64V range.
How do I verify LED compatibility with the LDH-45B-700W?
Start by confirming the LEDs require 700mA constant current rather than constant voltage. Then check that the combined LED forward voltage falls within the driver's 21-64V constant current range. The number of LEDs depends on each LED's forward voltage, so there is no fixed LED count.
Does the LDH-45B-700W handle harsh operating environments?
It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C (refer to the derating curve) and is vibration-rated at 10-500Hz, 2G along the X, Y and Z axes.
