Test conditions and notes3
- 1. All parameters are specified at normal input(12VDC,24VDC), rated load, 25℃ 70% RH ambient.
- 2. (Blank) type and W type output voltage must step up by 3 Volts from input DC voltage; (Blank)DA type and WDA type output voltage must step up by 12 Volts from input DC voltage.
- 3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf parallel capacitor.

Can I use the LDH-45B-700WDA for a 700mA LED downlight?
Yes, if the downlight is designed for constant current at 700mA rather than constant voltage. The LED load also needs a total forward voltage within the 36-64V constant-current range, and the driver is rated for 44.8W.
Is this driver suitable for small LED arrays in a step-up design?
Yes. This is a constant-current step-up LED driver with a 700mA output and a 36-64V CC output range, so it fits small LED arrays that need 700mA and a higher LED voltage than the source can provide directly. The load still needs to stay within the 44.8W rating.
Can I use this for LED signage modules?
It can work for signage modules only when the module is a constant-current 700mA load. Many signage products are constant-voltage, so this model should only be used when the module's forward voltage falls within 36-64V and the system is specified for constant current.
How do I know if this driver is compatible with my LED load?
Match the driver to a constant-current LED load that requires 700mA. The connected LEDs must present a total forward voltage within the 36-64V CC range, and the actual number of LEDs depends on the forward voltage of each LED rather than a fixed LED count.
Can this driver be used in outdoor or harsh environments?
It is specified for -40°C to +70°C operation (refer to the derating curve), but the datasheet gives no IP or waterproof rating and humidity is rated 20-90% RH non-condensing. For outdoor or wet environments it must be protected by the fixture, so suitability depends on the rest of the fixture providing that protection.
