Yes. Its IP65 rating protects against dust and low-pressure water jets, which is sufficient for covered patios, pergolas, and similar sheltered outdoor spaces. For locations with direct heavy rain exposure or risk of standing water, the IP67-rated HLG-600H-48 or 48B would be a better choice.
What are the differences between the HLG-600H-48, 48A, 48AB, and 48B?
All four share the same 600W / 48V / 12.5A core specs. The base HLG-600H-48 has fixed output and IP67 waterproof rating. The -48A adds output voltage/current adjustment via potentiometer (IP65). The -48AB adds both adjustment and 1-10V/PWM dimming input (IP65). The -48B provides dimming input only and retains IP67 waterproof rating.
