HLG-600H-15 is the 15V output model of this series: rated current 36A, rated power 540W, typical efficiency 93.5%. Type Blank: lo and Vo fixed (IP67).

HLG-600H series is a 600W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-600H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 96%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-600H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes12

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

Can I use the HLG-600H-15 to power 15V LED strips for commercial lighting?

Yes. The HLG-600H-15 delivers 540W at 15V with up to 36A of output current, so it can drive large runs of 15V LED strips used in retail displays, office cove lighting, or hospitality accent lighting. Its IP67 waterproof rating also allows outdoor installation.

Is the HLG-600H-15 appropriate for powering 15V LED modules in channel letter signs?

Yes. With 540W at 15V, it has enough capacity for large channel letter or cabinet sign installations that use 15V LED modules. The wide 90-305VAC input makes it compatible with commercial power systems worldwide, and the IP67 rating permits mounting inside or outside sign cabinets.

Can the HLG-600H-15 handle multiple 15V LED lighting zones from a single unit?

Yes, provided the combined load of all zones does not exceed 540W. At 36A on the 15V output, you could split the supply to several parallel 15V strip or module runs. Keep in mind this is a fixed-output model with no built-in dimming or voltage adjustment, so all zones will run at the same level.

How many meters of 15V LED strip can the HLG-600H-15 support?

That depends on the strip's rated power per meter. The HLG-600H-15 supplies up to 540W at 15V. For example, if your strip draws 15W/m, you could run up to 36 meters (540W / 15W per meter = 36m). Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep the total load at or below 540W.

Can the HLG-600H-15 be installed outdoors in a fully exposed location?

Yes. Its IP67 waterproof rating means the enclosure is dust-tight and protected against temporary submersion, so direct rain and snow are not a concern. The metal housing and -40°C to +90°C case temperature (Tcase) range further support outdoor use in harsh climates.

What are the differences between the HLG-600H-15, 15A, 15AB, and 15B?

All four share the same 540W / 15V / 36A core specs. The base HLG-600H-15 has no output adjustment or dimming and is IP67 waterproof. The -15A adds a built-in potentiometer for output voltage/current adjustment and is IP65. The -15AB adds both adjustment and 0-10V/PWM/resistance dimming (IP65). The -15B adds dimming input only and retains IP67.
