HLG-600H-20 is the 20V output model of this series: rated current 28A, rated power 560W, typical efficiency 94.5%. Type Blank: lo and Vo fixed (IP67).

HLG-600H series is a 600W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-600H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 96%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-600H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes12

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

Can I use the HLG-600H-20 to power 20V LED strips for a large commercial lighting project?

Yes. The HLG-600H-20 provides 560W at 20V with up to 28A of output current, making it capable of driving extensive 20V LED strip runs for retail, warehouse, or architectural lighting. Its IP67 waterproof rating also permits outdoor installation in exposed locations.

Is the HLG-600H-20 a good choice for powering 20V LED modules in large illuminated signs?

That depends on the strip's rated power per meter. The HLG-600H-20 delivers up to 560W at 20V. For a strip rated at 14W/m, you could run up to 40 meters (560W / 14W per meter = 40m). Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep total load at or below 560W.

Can the HLG-600H-20 be installed outdoors in a location exposed to rain and freezing temperatures?
