Overview
HLG-600H-30 is the 30V output model of this series: rated current 20A, rated power 600W, typical efficiency 95%. Type Blank: lo and Vo fixed (IP67).
HLG-600H series is a 600W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-600H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 96%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-600H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes12
- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
- 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
- 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
- 4. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
- 5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
- 6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.

Can I use the HLG-600H-30 to power a large 30V LED lighting system?
Yes. The HLG-600H-30 delivers 30V at up to 20A (600W), making it suitable for high-wattage 30V LED installations such as long commercial LED strip runs, parking lot lighting, or industrial luminaires. Its IP67 waterproof rating allows direct outdoor mounting without an additional enclosure.
Is the HLG-600H-30 a good choice for 30V LED horticultural or grow lighting?
It can work if your grow lights operate at 30V and the total draw stays within 600W. The constant-current range of 15-30V accommodates grow light modules with varying forward voltages. The IP67 rating also suits the humid conditions common in greenhouse environments.

How many meters of 30V LED strip can the HLG-600H-30 support?
Divide 600W by the strip's rated power per meter. For a 30V strip at 15W/m, you could run 40 meters (600W / 15W per meter = 40m). For a 10W/m strip, up to 60 meters. Always verify your strip's rated power per meter and ensure total draw stays at or below 600W.
Is the HLG-600H-30 rated for permanent outdoor installation in harsh weather?
Yes. The IP67 rating means it is completely dust-tight and can withstand temporary water immersion. Combined with its -40°C to +90°C case temperature range and metal housing, it is designed for permanent outdoor mounting in rain and snow, with derating above 55°C ambient at rated current.
What are the differences between the HLG-600H-30 and HLG-600H-30A?
Both deliver 600W at 30V / 20A with a CC range of 15-30V. The HLG-600H-30 has a fixed output and IP67 waterproof rating. The HLG-600H-30A adds output voltage/current adjustment via potentiometer but is rated IP65 instead of IP67. Choose the -30 for maximum waterproofing or the -30A when you need output tuning.
