HLG-600H-36B is the 36V output model of this series: rated current 16.7A, rated power 601.2W, typical efficiency 95.5%. Type B: 3 in 1 dimming function (0~10VDC, 10V PWM signal and resistance) (IP67).

HLG-600H series is a 600W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-600H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 96%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-600H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes12

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.

Can I use the HLG-600H-36B for outdoor dimmable 36V LED flood lighting?

Yes. The HLG-600H-36B provides 600W at 36V with IP67 waterproof protection and an external dimming input (0-10VDC, 10V PWM, or resistance). This makes it ideal for outdoor flood lights, security lighting, or sports field luminaires where both weather resistance and brightness control are needed.

Is the HLG-600H-36B suitable for dimmable 36V LED street or pathway lighting?

How many meters of 36V LED strip can the HLG-600H-36B power?

Divide 600W by your strip's rated wattage per meter. A 36V strip consuming 20W/m could be run up to 30 meters (600W / 20W per meter = 30m). Check your strip's rated power per meter and keep total draw at or below 600W.

Can the HLG-600H-36B handle submersion or heavy rain during outdoor operation?

Yes. The IP67 rating covers protection against temporary immersion in water and complete dust ingress prevention. It can be mounted in locations subject to heavy rain or temporary flooding. For IP waterproof installation cautions, refer to MEAN WELL's user manual before use.
