HLG-600H-42B is the 42V output model of this series: rated current 14.3A, rated power 600.6W, typical efficiency 96%. Type B: 3 in 1 dimming function (0~10VDC, 10V PWM signal and resistance) (IP67).

HLG-600H series is a 600W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-600H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 96%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-600H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes12

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.

Can I use the HLG-600H-42B to power long runs of 42V LED strip outdoors?

Yes. The HLG-600H-42B delivers 600W at 42V with an IP67 waterproof rating, so it can be mounted in fully exposed outdoor locations. At 14.3A output, it can drive extensive 42V LED strip runs. For a strip rated at 20W/m you could power up to 30 meters (600W / 20W per meter = 30m). Check your strip's rated power per meter.
