Overview
HVGC-65-700B is the model of this series: rated current 700mA, rated power 65.1W, typical efficiency 90.5%.
HVGC-65 series is a 65W LED AC/DC LED power supply featuring the constant current mode and high voltage output. HVGC-65 operates from 180~528VAC and offers models with different rated current ranging between 350mA and 1050mA. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HVGC-65 is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

- 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 347VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.

- 4. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the power supply may lead to increase of the set up time.
- 5. It is measured 50%~100% of maximum voltage under rated power delivery.
- 6. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Since EMC performance will be affected by the complete installation, the final equipment manufacturers must re-qualify EMC Directive on the complete installation again. Can I use the HVGC-65-700B for a 700mA LED downlight?
Yes, if the downlight requires a constant current driver at 700mA and its total LED forward voltage falls within the 9-93V constant current range. This is a constant current model, so it is not the right choice for a constant voltage LED load.
Is this driver suitable for signage modules that run in constant current mode?
It can work for constant current signage modules that need 700mA and stay within the 9-93V CC output range. Many signage modules are constant voltage products, so those would need a constant voltage power supply instead of this driver.
Can the HVGC-65-700B power a small LED array?
